Natalia Dolgaeva is Co-Founder and CTO of Uqab, bringing over twenty years of experience in creating and scaling digital business units, managing product portfolios, and transforming state and corporate structures. She holds a degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics (HSE).

She brings deep expertise spanning Big4 corporate consulting (EY, KPMG, and PwC), product management, and public engagement — with a proven track record of entering the UAE market, delivering projects across MENA, and adapting international technologies for local markets.

As Co-Founder and CTO of Uqab, Natalia defines and leads the overall technology and AI strategy, drives AI-enabled digital transformation for government and enterprise clients, and oversees the design and delivery of scalable, secure solutions — building high-performing engineering and data teams, developing products aligned with market needs, and engaging senior stakeholders to shape transformation agendas.
